All the Principals of the colleges offering M. Tech /M. Pharm. courses are hereby informed that the project dissertations of students who are admitted in 2018 and studying in R17-regulations, shall be checked for anti-plagiarism by the University. Hence, it is requested to upload soft copies of the project dissertations of 2018 admitted students of M. Tech / M. Pharm. courses (R17 regulations) in pdf formats to the JNTUH portal by using the URL: “registrations1.jntuh.ac.in/r17projectthesisoctober2020” for the anti-plagiarism check. The user ID and Password are the same as that of PG Project Panels uploading service. The name of the document shall be the ‘student hall ticket number-title of the thesis.pdf’.
The thesis will be accepted for submission, if the grammar check quality is more than 60% then the dissertation will be processed for the next level i.e. Plagiarism check, otherwise, the dissertation will be rejected. In the plagiarism check the similarity index should be less than 30%. If the similarity index is more than the required percentage, the student shall be advised to modify accordingly and re-submit the soft copy of the thesis after one month. The maximum number of re-submissions of the thesis after plagiarism check is limited to TWO (total three attempts). After three unsuccessful attempts, the candidate has to register for the Project work for one more semester.
The detailed schedule from the upload of the dissertation for plagiarism check to conduct of project viva for the first and second spells in the current Academic Year are given as below:

The Principals are advised to make an arrangement for the anti-plagiarism check at their end before submitting the project works to the JNTUH portal. This act will result in passing through the anti-plagiarism check at University in the first submission itself. This is for your information and necessary action.
