JNTU: ANANTAPUR B.Tech Supplementary April to June 2013 Examinations Instructions

SUB:B.tech First Year, ll & lll years l & ll semesters, lV year l semester/ supplementary Examinations/ April-May-June 2013/ Submission of DDs & registration forms/ Issue of hall tickets-certain instructions

1. The names of the candidates in the registration forms should be strictly as Per ssc marks memo.

2.The standard deduction is Rs 95.00 per candidate for both first year & semester supplementary examinations.

3.There will no deduction by the colleges for the students who are not on the rolls of the college and writing the examinations of JNTUA, Anantapur.

4.The demand drafts shall be purchased separately year/semester wise, regulation wise in favour of the Registrar, JNTUA payable at Anantapur.

5.The demand drafts dates notified in the notification should be strictly adhered to.

6.The schedule given in the notification for submission of registration forms,demand drafts and collection of hall tickets for all supplementary examinations should be strictly adhered to. the principals are requested to sends staff with authorization letter to submit the demand drafts,registration forms and collect the hall tickets.

7. Timetables for the above examinations shall be notified shortly, The Principals are requested to download and display the same in the college notice boards..
